ITS recommends using Laulima as an interface to post the recording links.

Due to FERPA regulations, all class recordings can only be accessible to registered students in that class.

Recordings will be viewable/accessible for the duration of the semester for which they occurred.

Cloud recordings may be accessed through ITS’ UH Zoom Recording Service.

Direct access to the Zoom’s Cloud Recording portal is disabled.

Please note the current system requires you to login using the UH account tied to your Zoom account.

University of Hawaiʻi faculty or staff must have a Zoom account licensed through ITS.

Service is available to active University of Hawaiʻi faculty or staff.
